Lat/Lon Tools

The Pitt County Online Parcel Information System allows a user to query and view latitude/longitude point coordinate information by either clicking on the map, or by entering valid latitude/longitude coordinate pairs

LAT/LON Search Method
- Click on the LATLON icon.
- Enter the valid Longitude/Latitude coordinate pair in the appropriate text boxes.
- Click the GO icon.

Notes:
Coordinate values should be in decimal degree format, and within the following range:
   Minimum Longitude = -77.8410705229608
   Minimum Latitude = 35.2639600021473
   Maximum Longitude = -76.9431473023885
   Maximum Latitude = 35.892506256548

LAT/LON Reporter Method
- Click on the View Lat/Lon icon. (lightning bolt)
- Click anywhere on the map.
- The Lat/Lon coordinates of the location clicked are displayed on the map.
- The Lat/Lon coordinates of the location clicked are displayed in the coordinate text boxes.

Notes:
You may edit the coordinate in the text boxes, and click the GO icon to update the display.

Latitude/Longitude coordinate generated from the LAT/LON tool are not intended for mission critical applications. No guarantees or warantees regarding accuracies or availablility are expressed or implied.
